Massage Day

Massage + Reiki Day
$100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Take a massage break! And it’s up to you how to use the massage therapist’s time there. Employees can be seen in 15, 20 or 30 minute blocks of time. Employees easily hop on to the massage table or massage chair, and relax into a stress-reducing massage. Relaxing music, aromatherapy, tips on stretches, and guidance for proper body alignment are part of these short yet effective massage breaks. For Massage + Reiki Day, Reiki energy balancing techniques are used which promotes relaxation and a deeper well-being. Depending on how many employees, we can do massages in one day, or over several days, with one bodyworker or several. Email to find an approach that will meet your needs.

50 minute “Lunchtime” Meditation Class:
$150

Meditation practices for work and life, tools to use on the job, ongoing support in deepening one’s meditation practice. The focus is on mindfulness and cultivating sustained attention to benefit health, work performance, and life satisfaction. This ongoing class can support your employees in developing a relationship with presence, awareness of self and others, and learning to relax into well-being at will.

50 minute “Lunchtime” Meditation Class with Reiki:
$165

Meditation practices for work and life, tools to use on the job, ongoing support in deepening one’s meditation practice. The focus is on mindfulness and cultivating sustained attention to benefit health, work performance, and life satisfaction. The class ends with a healing guided meditation with Reiki energy to bring emotional balance, deeper well-being, and to ground and center employees. This ongoing class can support your employees in developing a relationship with presence, awareness of self and others, and learning to relax into well-being at will. 

90 minute Meditation 101 class:
$200

This class gives people the time to settle in and absorb the power of presence. Your employees will learn basic and powerful techniques to ground, center, let go of stress and move more deeply into focused attention so that they can maximize their creativity and effectiveness. Guided meditations and support and instruction in being able to do this for themselves. People will also experience on-their-feet quick visualization and focus exercises that they can utilize any time of the day for 30 seconds or a minute that can ground and center them. A great way to get people started before continuing with ongoing classes.

2-hour Meditation Foundation Workshop:
$300
This is a nice chunk of time to dive into people’s questions about how meditation can address the things they struggle with in their work life and home life. They will then become familiar with the basics of mindfulness, embracing being present, cultivation of sustained attention, and how to remain centered, grounded, creative, cooperative, and flexible through meditation and visualization practices. Being able to relax, focus, and be present at will is a powerful skill and this workshop will give people the practices and the confidence to begin taking responsibility for their inner experience. People will also experience on-their-feet quick visualization and focus exercises that they can utilize any time of the day for 30 seconds or a minute that can ground and center them. Employees leave with a solid foundation to start their own meditation practice. A powerful way to get people started before continuing with ongoing classes.

 

1 and 2 day-long Retreats

An immersive experience into presence, mindfulness, and healing. With guided meditations, instruction on developing a meditation practice for themselves, and Reiki energy balancing, people’s nervous systems will relax and settle and the mind will more easily clear in this longer stretch of time. With talks addressing concerns in their work and home life, we will explore how meditation can support  in every area of life. This includes guided meditations and also meditations where people will self-guide, followed by Q & A to troubleshoot what is encountered when developing a personal practice for oneself. People will also experience on-their-feet quick visualization and focus exercises — by themselves and while partnering up — that they can utilize any time of the day for 30 seconds or a minute to ground and center them in focused presence. This, in addition to ongoing classes, can create a united and peaceful work force that is creative, relaxed, and effective.
